Years of being a RN in the emergency department has wrecked my back I lived with years of pain that I was unable to pinpoint until I started using the vibration machine I now can begin to heal!

I just got the Rumblex plus 4D vibration plate. I’m a gym goer but this adds a whole new level. I’ve only used it once since I just unpacked it an hour ago but I’ll be incorporating this in my workouts!

My twin purchased this machine and allowed me to use it. My calf’s and legs felt better after using so I’m hopeful that it will help strengthen my muscles and mobility. Got my new machine today!
