Nightmare registration experience

Trying to register this equipment has been difficult to say the least. Shipment arrived on June 2nd when I was on vacation I returned from my trip last week so I have only used it for 6 days. I just received the complete order yesterday so I have not used the massage gun yet. The receipt in my email has the important info blocked out so I am not even sure if my product is actually registered for the lifetime warranty. I haven't been able to find a contact number to speak to an actual human about this issue. Three because I like the vibration plate but registration is a big? Also, I just received the massage gun, less than 24 hrs ago, so I cannot speak to that.

Loose wheel rattles

Received the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate just before going out of town. Just unpacked and started using. One of the two wheels is loose and makes an annoying rattling noise when using. There is a small scratch on the plastic rim of the surface. The styrofoam packing material was broken when I opened the box. Please advise how to resolve these issues. The short power cord limits where the Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate can be positioned. It would be nice to have a longer power cord.

Since registration is required within two weeks of purchase, there is not enough time to adequately judge a machine with so many options, imho.
