This was a Christmas gift. Have been having sciatica problems and swelling in legs and it has helped me with both those problems and relief from stiffness as I am in my 80’s!

Feels good - I have nerve damage on my shins and am hoping this will help with circulation and healing so I can move more overall. So far, it feels great and I’m excited to keep using it. It feels like progress!!

Autistic accommodation - life hack

I am a late-realized autistic adult. After years of constant anxiety and supressed stimming, I'm trying to re-learn what my body and brain need. It's this. THIS is what I needed! Sitting or standing on the plate is a perfect stim for my proprioception. I feel relaxed and grounded in my body after only 5 minutes. I didn't truly believe that there was anything out there that could help me regulate my nervous system. I'm so glad that I took a chance, and invested in my sensory regulation needs!

More pain relief than what I expected

This product is a game changer for me. My knees have been so stiff and sore from swelling that it was difficult to get around. My goal was to find something to really work the lymph system and this product does exactly that. The price was worth it in order to have pain relief and flexibility again. Best investment!
