We are enjoying learning about our new Rumblex Plus 4D, trying out the different program and inensity combinations, and how it fits into our daily routines. Very impressed with how heavy-duty the machine is - eems to be quite well built. Using the Rumblex is a bit of a treat each day and hoping to get much use out of it for years to come.

This was a Christmas gift. Have been having sciatica problems and swelling in legs and it has helped me with both those problems and relief from stiffness as I am in my 80’s!

Feels good - I have nerve damage on my shins and am hoping this will help with circulation and healing so I can move more overall. So far, it feels great and I’m excited to keep using it. It feels like progress!!

Autistic accommodation - life hack

I am a late-realized autistic adult. After years of constant anxiety and supressed stimming, I'm trying to re-learn what my body and brain need. It's this. THIS is what I needed! Sitting or standing on the plate is a perfect stim for my proprioception. I feel relaxed and grounded in my body after only 5 minutes. I didn't truly believe that there was anything out there that could help me regulate my nervous system. I'm so glad that I took a chance, and invested in my sensory regulation needs!
