I have inflammation that I want to address in my body and research that a vibration plate is good. I am recovering from surgery and unable to use it for a few weeks

We are enjoying learning about our new Rumblex Plus 4D, trying out the different program and inensity combinations, and how it fits into our daily routines. Very impressed with how heavy-duty the machine is - eems to be quite well built. Using the Rumblex is a bit of a treat each day and hoping to get much use out of it for years to come.
