Just received my Rumblex Plus yesterday, so haven't gotten to use it yet. I was able to easily "assemble" the plate and look forward to trying it out tonight!

I've just started to use the Rumblex 4D this week. I still have a lot to learn but I'm enjoying it so far. It seems to be well made, heavy duty, and the display is easy to read. It's surprisingly quiet too!

I have not started doing the resistance exercises or the bands that come with the plate yet. I feel like this has helped me with circulation issues in my legs.
