I LOVE LOVE LOVE my jiggle plate! Tis' what I dubbed it! Even though while on it, I feel like a jello mold being tossed down a staircase, I feel so good once I climb my doughy bumbum off and try to relearn how to walk again. Totally....unequivocally.....100% WORTH IT!!!!

It arrived, fast, safe, whole. It is heavy. Works like a charm. Who knew some much of my body would shake! 4 days in and sticking to it. Its almost feels like it loosens up my muscles. Can't wait to see what it is like after 30 days.
