This item was received as a Christmas gift and has been performing well. My son has since adopted it for his personal workout regimen. While it does exhibit a minor noise level, its overall performance has been satisfactory.

The Vibration Plate was better than expected my only issue was with “exercise mat”, it very miniature compared to the pictures online

I saw and used one in our gym, then I had to get one for home. Once I discovered the preset I’ve been using that and it’s great for me. I even have my husband using it too. I am concerned that it slows down when I get my 135# self on it.
