I used the vibration rumblex plus 4D vibration plate on speed 1 for 15 mins today and felt my lymphatic draining. I like the remote on the wrist.

My father-in-law inspired me to get one since he has one. Felt bad because this one is bigger and more sturdy than his and so far the device works great. Would recommend this but know your limitations. I have MS, diabetes, and kidney problems and this is great for me but I get anxious about wanting to do more and that gets me in trouble. Take it slow.

I just got my Rumblex and I’ve loved it from the first good vibe I received! After a long day, it just felt good and relaxing after using just 10 to 20 minutes. Very good investment!!

I have been wanting a vibration plate for a while since using one for therapy at my chiro’s. So glad I picked this one. Noticed results immediately and I don’t know how I ever lived without it. Increased energy and my back pain is gone, I feel much more balanced and calm.
