Unexpected fun!

Just got mine today. Easy to set up. Plugged in took a 10 minute tour standing up. Things jiggle and made me giggle. Went for my usual morning walk and was impressed how warmed up my muscles felt and my knee that is always stiff was feeling more fluid in movement.

Great warmup/recovery

Really helps dynamically warmup muscles for workouts and also helps in recovery to decrease soreness. Lastly, things a life send for my piriformis syndrome!
