Great overall vibration plate

I like the size of the plate and the 4D vibration. I’d like it to run for more than 10 minutes at a time. It’d also be nice to have a faster way to get to the 4D option.

Lacking in instructions, but high quality

I like some of the programs on the rumble--but the instructions are not well detailed and its a "use it to figure it out" kind of product. I would have preferred clear step by step instructions. Seems to be very well constructed--but the benefits of each program on the settings is not well explained. I personally need more info on products I am unfamiliar with wo it's hard to know what I should be doing with this.
