I recently purchased the Rumblex Vibration Plate. I have been using it for part of my workout routine to built strength and increase my circulation. I could feel the benefits after just a few workouts. I recommend you try one for yourself.

Boxed pretty well. The styrofoam on the bottom was busted during transit, but the product itself seems to be okay.
