I was skeptical, but decided to try it. I was shocked by how good it feels to just stand on it. It’s like a massage while standing. My tight hamstring that has been bothering me for a year already started feeling better after a couple days. I also have digestive issues and I swear the vibrations make my stomach feel better. I’m prone to headaches, so I worried about that, but so far, so good!
