I used a power plate at a gym once with a trainer. It was very healing to stretch on it to do squats push-ups so on ..:can’t wait to continue getting to know this as it’s Been 10 years. I’ve never seen one in another gym again and now you can get them for your home. I stood on it for 10 minutes manually going low to high Enjoyed every minute and forgot how healing it is to the body just really is!

Just received today and tried it out in P1 this morning and then on P2 after my afternoon workout. Super quiet and seems very well made and sturdy. Looking forward to incorporating this into my daily routine.
