I've only tried this once so far and used the lowest speed but I can already feel the heaviness in my left leg has lifted and feels lighter. Looking forward to this new health journey!

I haven’t gotten on him yet, ( YES HIM) but I love the way he looks. He looks sexy. Lol. He so blue and big. Useful buttons and gadgets. Can’t wait to use him. I bet you he feels good as well. Lol.

Heavy duty!

I was hesitant to spend the money on this product because there’s so many others I had my eye on first that were a fraction of the cost. My physician highly suggested this one and said that it would last for years. When it came I was surprised at how heavy and nice it was. Haven’t used it yet, still in the unboxing process, but so far I’m impressed and excited to use it.

I haven't had time to use it yet, but it arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I was surprised to see the workout bands. The instruction book is very informational. I'm excited to get started.

So excited to try the vibration plate! I mainly got it for help with lymphatic drainage as I am so so sore after workouts. Hoping this helps! I’ll edit this review once I see how it works for me.
