Love the plate, but some features not working

I absolutely love the plate! I have the mini for a year now and I LOVED it. Decided to upgrade and so glad I did! The only drawback is this is supposed to have built in Bluetooth but they do not work. I have searched all the FAQ on how to fix it but nothing works. I have had friends try and even their phones don't show the LifePro in the listed available devices. If that feature worked properly this would be a 5 star!!

Pain relief almost immediately

I have been using my Rumblex 4D vibration plate for about a week now and can already feel a difference in my pain level. I purchased this plate originally for help with increasing bone density, but I am experiencing a side benefit of decreased pain from a neck injury. Also, being on the plate makes me feel energized and is a mood booster.

just bought it, so far works well, it was missing the screws and hex driver for the bar underneath for the handles.
so far after a 10 minute session, the machine works well
