I borrowed one from a friend to have in my CranioSacral Therapy practice and it has helped those who have tight fascia or stuck lymph to open and release before session or increase lymph drainage after session.

We just opened our very first Life Pro Vibration Plate after trying out a friend’s and are really excited about incorporating it into our routine. I did my first 10 min round, then sat on it for a few and stretched my glutes, it was divine!
