I just received my vibration plate yesterday. I've only had time to unbox & set up the device, which was super easy. It looks & feels like a great quality machine. I can't wait to try it out later this evening after work.

This is my second vibration plate & I love it! Has made a huge difference in my joints, my back, my balance, so many things. Have recommended to people of all ages and many have purchased & love it too!

Just got our vibration plate and my husband and I have both tried it and like all the functions and the remote that came with it. Makes it much easier to switch between speeds and functions
