Surprised a non believer

I was more than sceptical about the benefits and claims regarding vibration plates. However, I’ve lost weight, feel better, realize I’ve done something and am getting fitter just by doing simple slow exercise while using the rubbles plus.
I was expecting to return it after a couple of weeks but this one’s a keeper
