First time user/purchase on advice from sister-in-law. Hoping it helps my running abilities. Only used it once so far, and definitely employed muscles I don’t usually stress.

Exactly what I wanted

After using a vibration pad in therapy, I wanted my own. I am neurodivergent and an unexpected benefit was feeling completely calm after just 10 minutes. Hadn’t had that kind of calm in ages. The product is so sturdy and will meet all my needs!

I'm enjoying the vibration board. The remote wrist band makes it so easy to stop/start, switch modes, speed, and time. One week of usage I'm feeling the results in my abs.
