The Rumblex Plus 4D Vibration Plate is a miracle worker! After 6 months of of trying to rehab a partially torn left Achilles tendon,I turned to Lifepro.
30 minutes a day on program 2 and in two weeks I could walk without a limp and play golf again!

Fits my personal needs

With scoliosis and hip pain I am not able to work out the way I used to. The plate offers me so much more than shaking up my body systems and cells. I feel toned and tighter and I use the quiet time to meditate or worship. It’s made my mornings easier to do.
