I've only had my vibration plate for a week or so but I'm loving it so far. I've tried some different settings and still trying to get it all figured out. I'm very happy with my purchase!

Quality, Sturdy and Fun! I received my machine today after i came home fromwork. I opened the box box, plugged up my machine and began my workout! I still feel the vibration in my legs about an hour later. My legs also began to itch from the workout.....Well so far things are good

I would say that the set up was easy because my grandchildren were able to do it and tell me how the remote worked. So far the vibration plate has worked as described but I am starting slow by using it only 5 minutes per day.
