I seem to have a lot of stiffness in my shoulders and back. It is helping to loosen it up. I find I’m getting more out of a Plank with this machine

I have had other vibration plates, but this is a fantastic one. Excellent build quality and great 4d vibration. It gives a way deeper muscle inroad than the other home plates that I've used before

Creates a strong vibration and supports over 350 lbs! Lots of different settings and I could feel effects in my circulation in my legs after a couple uses!
