My chiropractor introduced the vibration plate to me. I have a mild scoliosis and many times my mid-back gets tight and causes pain.
When the therapist put me on this plate, my shoulder literally dropped to its normal position. That sold me on getting my own vibration plate!
It's relaxing! I've been using it in manual mode but I look forward to using the programs as I progress!

Love My Lifepro!!!

My first experience with my Lifepro was an AMAZING experience! I could feel the sensation all through my body immediately following my 10-minute stand and sit on it. I am already totally thrilled with the results.

I love my LifePro Vibration Plate. I had an entry level plate which I gifted to a friend who enjoyed using it. I gifted myself with a Rumblex Plus plate which I am in the process of learning to use.

Haven't tried it yet. Having a hard time getting the plug in. Will seek aid for the task. Will check out videos to use it correctly. Thank you for your product. I really need something that will be mild on the joints.

I started out with the Hexaplate and quickly moved up to the Rumblex Plus so I could experience all the benefits of vibration plate workouts. So glad I did!!!
