The beginning of a wonderful new routine

I just received our rumblex plus vibration plate. It is one sturdy machine and very easy to set up. I did 10 minutes on the P1 and it was quite invigorating. It really felt like lower part of my body was just letting loose. Yet I was also able to successfully squat while needing to engage core muscles for balance. It’s also super quiet. Able to be used on any flooring. I can’t wait to use it for a recovery tool as well as a different strength training method.

I have had this machine for a bit over three weeks and I'm very happy with it. Easy set up. The instructions are clear and I started off very gradual and started working up intensity each week. It is helpful for my knees and back. I recommend it to anyone wishing to receive the benefits of a workout without having to do to much strenuous activity. The machine does most of it for you.
