I used the plate on low setting for 10 minutes and could feel the vibration throughout my body. I predict that it will lead to a stronger, healthier body.

I’ve had excruciating back pain for months. I could barely lift my leg or fully bend down, I got the Rumble Plus 4D and I have been using it for 4 days and my back has felt so much better, my back pain is almost gone.

It's a game changer with sciatica for me

Four minutes is all it takes to not be sore and stiff in mornings. It definitely helps me get rid of the bound muscle and sciatica pain.
