Just got my Rublex plus 4D vibration plate

First time using it and it was easy to set up. After 10 minutes, my feet and legs feel great. Looking forward to using the videos and stretched during my workout.

Just started using it yesterday. Did just the right be setting at the lowest speed and intensity. Will increase tomorrow to all the 4D settings and may increase intensity and speed. So far it’s definitely working on my circulation. I’m excited to see lots of benefits from it and like that it was so affordable. It feels very sturdy and I love all the setting options.
