When you get a good unit it works very well, but I have gotten one that makes too much noise on certain settings. Just be aware that it can happen.

Rumblex Plus 4D for Christmas

I love this upgrade from my Waver Vibration Plate, which was a life-changing piece of equipment for my foot pain due to hammertoes, bunions and edema in my feet and ankles. Now this Christmas gift is going to help me even more with back pain relief and boosting my metabolism. Can't wait to see all the benefits I will get from my workouts this year.
