Looks good just got it, excellent YouTube tutorials. Bought it to hopefully help control lipemdema drainage. The little I have use it I am pretty its going to help.

Best vibration plate

I love my vibration plate, it has not only helped with lymphatic drainage, but also helped my plantar fasciitis and heel pain. It has helped tone my legs. And the machine is so quite. Definitely recommend it.

Works great! I love the diffrent settings and equipment. Came within 2 days of ordering. Wrist band makes it easy to switch settings while on it.
