Getting familiar

So far I’ve only used the three preset programs and only stood on it; that being said, even without doing exercises I already notice a difference in that my body feels better after sitting almost all day long working-it definitely relaxes my body, my joints don’t feel stiff, it’s a nice warm up to other exercise and activities I enjoy. The user manual is lacking in clarity though.

Right now, the most frustrating part is simply trying to access the website for the workout library. This is the 5th time I go through this same process and still have not accessed anything.
