Setup was easy. The vibration on the wood floors wasn't as disruptive as anticipated. I easily was able to tolerate the highest intensity for the recommended 10 minutes just standing wide stance. I will have to explore the other position and workout options.

Rumblex Plus Vibration Plate

Love it. Heavy as well as sturdy but easy to move using the built in wheels (unless stairs are involved). At approximately 40 pounds not difficult to move if there are stairs.
Have used the 3 presets as well as created my own workouts. Device is easy to use and provides and allows you to combine the different motions singularly, all or any permutation in between.
My wife and I enjoy using the device and saw improvements from day 1.

RumbleX Pro 4D Vibration Plate

We have now been using this for roughly a week. So far we love it. My wife and I both use it and have found in very short time a change, all be it minor at this point. I think it is fair to point out that we did not by it for weight loss, That is a journey that has many moving parts and albeit this may assist either directly or indirectly, it will not in isolation be that magic pill. Having said that what we feel it will do for our lymphatic system, cardiovascular system, inflammation, detox, and pain management, is great. These play a part in that bigger health journey. We are watching a lot, a lot of videos and reading studies and articles and are more than cautiously optimistic, we are down right enthusiastic about the future and the part this very well put together device will play. For now a five star rating. This may change, and time will tell, for now, I love it and would encourage others to at least be open to buying as it has not disappointed yet.
