Enjoying the Rumblex, Husband even tried it!

I am an intense person. Pretty rigid. This rumblex shakes the stiffness out of me. I am hoping it will help with the neuropathy in my foot. We will see. I just starting using regularly a week ago.

Knowing very little about vibration plates caused me to worry about the level of difficulty I might experience in purchasing and using one. Lifepro has completely eased my worry. They have developed a very user-friendly technology and provide support on top of that.

This plate helps me out a lot when it comes to working out and working on my balance. I've also been it for recovery and it's been working wonders.

Hope For Better Health

Just received my new Rumblex Plus 4 D Vibration Plate , So excited to see what this Beautiful Machine will do for my Health! I have had Both Hips replaced, I have bad knees, I have Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis. Had Bicep/Rotator Cuff surgery this past year from a fall.. & I sit too much with my job ! Would also Love to loose some weight! So hopefully things will get better as the year goes on!
