After much research and real person reviews I decided to purchase one. In my mind, if even one benefit comes true from using it then it was worth it. So far I'm more than happy with the results. I bought it for 2 things. The feeling that you get when you're done, it's just the best wake up feeling. And for the recovery as I train martial arts grappling 4-5 times per week. This product is a must have in your tool box of things for recovery and all around well being. At 50 years old I feel I need effective tools and this is one I can't do without.
