Just starting to use my Lifepro Platform. I call it the wiggle board. Like the way it makes me feel. I have a number of health issues, as well as my husband does too. My daughters both purchased the platform and had great results. I look forward to results.

Great addition to my fitness routine

I love how my body feels after only 10 minutes on my Rumblex Plus. It is a great post workout tool as well. It’s amazing how good my body feels after a few minutes of a higher intensity session.

I received the product as a gift and haven't had a chance to use it yet. Unfortunately when I follow the instructions on where to find training videos it only goes to the registration page.

Unpacking & Setup

I was impressed that I got the machine out of the box & moved to the location I wanted which was made easier with the wheels on the end of this model, otherwise it would’ve been pretty heavy for me to lift. I read the booklet & it explained everything well. I thought the foam pad was missing, but went back to the box & there it was under a layer of cardboard. I first turned it in as directed & selected Program 1 & it ran through the 10 minute program with varying speeds, intensities & modes & just gave me a good beginner workout. I am 73 & it did not seem like too much for the initial use. I am looking forward to using it a couple times a day & learning how to get the most out of it.
