Replacement product seems to work, at least it powers up. First product received didn't power up at all. Replacement process was cumbersome and now I'm stuck with the initial 40-pound product that didn't work. Hoping the replacement lasts a long time.

I just got this a week or so. Ago, and I've used it a few times some doing some research on how to use it. And my back is very bad and my cousin recommended it to me. I want to get to warranty, but I don't have the receipt
