Nice, solid, stable and highly effective vibration/movement plate. All 3 vibratory motions feel great, and together, unmatched, forcing your muscles to respond to the micro-movements over and over again. Recommended.

We are in our late 70s and were given this as a Christmas gift. We have set up the machine and tried it briefly. Set up was easy (after we got it into place). Now ready to pick a mode and determine which excersises we can do.
