I just opened the box and took it out. I like that it has a wrist remote and a yoga type pad to go under it for stability and or noise. I can update the review once I use it a few times. Il

Wonderful relief

I bought this because of shoulder tension, stress relief, cortisol reduction, and lower back pain due to bulging discs (L4-L5-S1). I researched vibration plates for over a year to ensure it wouldn't injure my back further. Since my back spasms and stiffiness was diagnosed as bulging discs; I can't run or walk 3.5 miles twice a week without hip, back pain, and sleeplessness which lead to weight gain and stress. The shoulder tension also became worse over time. I do have cupping, MPS, and massage therapy every three weeks which helps keep the lower back spasms and pain in check. However, the shoulder tension and stress were affecting my sleep.
Since I have been using the plate. The tension in my shoulders has deceased to almost nothing and it improves every day. I have been able walk 4.5 to 5 miles in my neighborhood almost every night and sleep well. I attribute this to using the plate right after my walk for 10 to 20 minutes. I have no hip pain and i sleep so deeper now.

Something is rattling??

I love the vibration plate, but I seem to have received a faulty one. It's making all kinds of strange sounds like something is rattling inside. Disappointing!

Great way to help your lymphatic system and bone density! I've been using a normal vibration plate for the last year and updated to the Lifepro Rumblex Plus 4D vibration plate.
