Changing my World

I had knee surgery and my recovery was going to take a while. I was concern about my increased weight due affecting other health issuesthat I have. My Sister has always been good about telling her siblings about products that would be beneficial for us, and that is how I was introduced to your vibration plate. It has changed my world!

Just plugged it in. Instructions are complete but I still haven't got all the buttons and programs figured out. I did get the automatic modes to vibrate so apparently It Works. I'll keep working to figure out the programs and get my remote turned on. Looking forward to giving it a whirl!

Excellent Pain and Stress Reliever

I have achieved amazing results with just 10 minutes a day! I chose Lifepro after using their adjustable hand weights for many years. There support and warranty really can’t be beat. (My daughter is now a customer also.)
I purchased my Rumblex Plus to reduce nightly leg cramps (that used to wake me several times a night - nearly every night for years). Related - I have arthritis in my neck and back causing stiffness and pain.
I have used my Rumblex Plus for 4 months, rarely missing a day. I no longer wake from cramps! I definitely feel better due to improved sleep and flexibility (pain and stiffness relief).
I highly recommend the Rumblex Plus and LifePro. The Tips emails and training videos are worth exploring - I have a great daily routine based on what I need from what I learned. Love the pre-set programs that I rotate through and the ability to experiment with manual settings. I have tried many things for my cramps and pain, this is definitely the best investment I have made!

Super Fun to Use

I just received my Rumble X Plus a couple of days ago and have only used it a few times but it's pretty straight forward and easy to use out of the box! I mainly bought it for it's lymphatic drainage and bone strengthening benefits but look forward to seeing what other positive results might come from using it on a regular basis.

I started out with the turbo model, which was great. It helped with my pain relief and that really surprised me. It also was helpful with getting my blood flowing in the morning and then relaxing at night. Motivates me to more. I decided to upgrade to the rumbleX plus, the motor is quiet. The settings are easy to use and it works great for relieving chronic pain. Love it and highly recommend.
