First time I used it I was astounded how awesome it was! I was giggling and enjoying the sensations. I will continue usage and hopefully it will help my ACL discomfort and basically my whole body will benefit from its use. I’m very pleased with the product and the information provided on the website and the ease of purchasing. It shipped quickly too!

Benefits right from the start. My feet and legs hurt less, I put on a ten minute video on my phone and boom double trouble and the price just can’t be beat. Great investment.

My mom bought this for me she swears by it. As I'm approaching my 40s I've found that I'm more prone to skip leg day that ever before in my life.
I dig it, can feel the burn in a matter of minutes. As a life long skateboarder/snowboarder this should keep me in riding shape even though I don't get out as much these days.
Turning it to the highest setting definitely reminds me of speed wobbles which is always an important thing to know how to manage in my hobbies.
Idk if I'd recommend it based on price because I believe in body weight training without extra equipment but as a gift I can say I really appreciate it

I’ve been wanting to try one of these for awhile now. I have bad blood flow to my hands and feet. Balance issues that constantly keep getting worse. And bad fatigue in my leg while doing anything. I’m on a long 10 month waiting list to see a neurologist, so I’ve been trying to figure this out myself. I Tried the p1 programmed 10 minute workout and I was definitely surprised at how it felt. I could feel it in all parts of my body. At first it was a good workout burn, and by the end of the ten minutes I was stretching and could feel my body loosing up. So much so that I was able to bend straight down and touch my toes, something that I have not been able to do since probably elementary school and I’m 34 now. So that’s a bigg difference after just one use. I’m definitely excited to keep at it and see what happens!
