Just bought the Vibration plate rumblex 4d as advised by my personal trainer. It's only been a few days and I am committed to using the vibration plate twice a day to help achieve my fitness goals. So far, so happy.

I just received this yesterday and have used it twice already. I am very impressed with the quality of the machine. I love that it goes high enough to properly do lymphatic drainage which is why I bought this model. I am looking forward to seeing the results of using it.

I have osteopenia, and arthritis, and EDS, so I love the fact that I can use it for increasing bone density, as well as muscle mass, pain relief and relaxation Also when I’m lifting weights, I gain muscle mass faster, and in less time!
