I gave away my first vibration plate after 5 years. Nothing wrong with it but in a moment of weakness I did it. Two days later I missed it so much I purchased another one.
I enjoy the ease of using the vibration plate.

I love my Rumblex Plus Vibration Platform. I use it before workouts for a great warmup and i use it after for recovery.
