I just received my vibration plate and have already spent 10 minutes on it. Felt awesome and surprisingly a little bit of a workout! Excited to continue to learn the ins and outs.

I am kind of shocked that it does work. I used to be a pro athlete and then developed hormonal misbalance which caused a lot of water retention in my legs hence cellulite. Used the Lifepro vibration for 2 days, already see a major difference in my legs.
