My mom had ordered one, and I loved it, so I got one as well. I had an accident a few years ago and broke both my ankles. After 5 surgeries I ended up having chronic ankle tightness and pain. After I use this at my moms I noticed it helps loosen my ankles up and I felt it was strengthening them. I love the way it makes my whole body loosen up. I am also hoping it helps my muscles get stronger and more toned and improve bone density. I will now use my own personal one for a good while and re-access. I am excited to see how regular use helps. I also read it helps with lymphatic drainage. I am eager to see if that helps as well.

Great machine and solid service

We originally purchased this machine several years ago, but it had a few issues over the last little while, such that we needed to replace it. Their service department was great to walk us through the process and they provided a new machine since it was a lifetime warranty.

The plate feels solid and well-built. It’s quite heavy. After a few sessions, it seems to get circulation moving, and I’m hopeful it will help improve lymph flow over time. So far, so good!
