Love all the directions

It's easy to mix up the workout so your body doesn't get used to it. Setup is easy, the handbook has clear concise directions. But it is heavy to pick up to move!

We're starting out slow, aprox 10 min to start. It really vibrates the whole body, very energizing! Also enjoy the blue tooth speaker! We listen to music while getting physically fit.

I unboxed the rumblex plus and ran the first program standing then I sat on it for two separate programs. My very first experience, and I really love the way it creates the circulation throughout. Gives me that feeling of when I used to could run and my legs would be tingling from all the circulation. I think this is gonna be the best purchase in a long time that I have made for myself. I appreciate having such a quality product and it has a lifetime guarantee. Can’t get much better than that..
