I haven't tried it yet but am excited to do so

I can't say too much yet as I was just reading through the instruction manual and it suggested going to the website to see the workout videos. I am excited to try this as I am 59 and have had 3 arthroscopic knee surgeries and 1 knee reconstruction. My knees do flair up here and there. Im very active and hope to be able to increase my activity with the rumblex plus 4D

First time use, ten minutes…pressure in ears (similar to high altitude) a few times, ankles felt like they had a light band around them at times, upper quads were tingly/itchy. Strange but interesting sensations throughout the session. About ten minutes after the session, felt a “refreshed” sensation. Excited to see what my results will be in a few weeks!
