Amazing so far!

It has been exactly one month since I (and my family) started using Lifepro Rumble Plus. We are definitely pleased! I got it primarily for lymphatic drainage purpose but health is so complex and once you’re on the road of healing, you will reap great impact you don't expect overall. I am borderline diabetic and along with my morning grounding/sun bathe and 10 min with the plate, I noticed improvements in my fasting glucose. It was a bit slow in the beginning but I noticed promising results lately - I will continue to monitor my outcome. My husband’s inflammation on his feet/ankles diminished and my eight year old son jumps on it it as well - we are managing his atopic dermatitis and it has tremendous improvement which I’m unsure if connected. It could be but time will tell. Looking forward to getting this machine incorporated to our daily routine in our healing journey. Energy levels and sleep, all positive. It has been God sent!

It Helps Me Sleep Better!

I try to use my Rumblex Plus on the 4D setting three or four times a week. I have noticed it has eased bathroom troubles, has strengthened my core, and the days I use it, I sleep better! I have used it on a low setting and higher. I love the versatility in settings combined with feet stance. Haven't had my kids use it yet, but think I'll try that out too! Very glad I purchased this vibration plate.
