Helps with restful sleep

After a year of tossing and turning, waking up for hours and not being able to get back to sleep I decided to try a vibration plate.
After using it for only 10-min I was able to sleep more soundly and stay asleep longer that night. Cant wait to begin adding in exercise and get lymphatic drainage benefits.

I love that there is 4 different vibration modes! It seems like it is well made. Sturdy surface and I like the mat it comes with - allows me to sit on the board and do planks comfortably. I have a mini wave that I love but wanted to upgrade to the 4 modes.
