I've just set up the Rumblex 4D vibration plate. It was easy to do. And, the vibration plate is much sturdier than expected.

i’m a newbie!

1st time: with a lot of feet fatigue and a returning pain in one area that I knew to be repeated gesture related, I tried one program but didn’t really know what to expect. deep down, i was trepidatious as some massage chair movements “shook me up” uncomfortably, and i had learned to avoid those programs. to my surprise and relief, the stronger movements weren’t “shaking” me as much as i was moving with them ! yes i had made sure to hold onto a solid support with both hands, which allowed me to relax….and stay in perfect balance….like training my body to not resist but “go with the flow”. i felt immediate relief in the repeated gesture area and appreciated that my entire lower body felt renewed and connected, not like the “sum of parts”. the connection continued the next day and is an important part of pain relief for me.
