We have only had it a few days but so far it has been great. I have used it to calm my restless legs and my husband has used for lower back. I will come back and review when I have had longer.

Great Machine So Far, But Remote Isn’t Working Properly

I recently purchased the LifePro Rumblex 4D vibration plate and so far I’ve only had the chance to set it up and test that everything turns on. The machine itself powers on and works, and the vibration feels strong and stable. Setup was easy and the unit seems well made.
However, I’m having an issue with the remote control. At the moment, the only buttons that work on the remote are the speed up and speed down buttons. I’m unable to change programs, pause, or turn the unit on/off using the remote. This makes it difficult for me to use because I have to step off the machine and bend down to the control panel on the plate every time I want to adjust a setting.
I’m hoping this is something that can be resolved because I’m looking forward to using the machine regularly. So far, the main unit works well — I just need a fully functioning remote to get the full benefits.

I’m super excited to use this product! It feels very sturdy super well-made easy to start using it right out of the box. I made my whole family try it out and they all loved it! I can’t wait to see the difference it makes after a while of using it.
