We just unpacked our new Romblex plus and came to this site to register it, so it is too early for a “real”review. But it is stable, quite heavy, and appears well made. It should be a nice addition to the Power Plate vibration machine that we use at our YMCA.

We use this vibration plate every morning and night! It relieves aches and pains in our knees and back. We like how it loosens us up in the mornings and gives us a good night sleep when we use it before bed. It’s an easy addition to our wellness routine!

Love my rumblexplus 4D

I love this product because I can select multiple different modes from three different , I can also select any two variations or all three at the same time. I wanted a unit with very fast vibration and this is extremely fast so I definitely got what I was asking for. I do about 10 minutes a day in the morning and 10 minutes a day in the evening. I have noticed that after using it I seem to have more energy throughout the day and move around faster. Not sure why that is but that’s a side effect that I found and it’s positive. I would suggest a rebuild on the rubber plate. There are multiple light gray discs that are just taped in mine came out of the box with one of the discs, not in place, and I had to resecure it. Instead of having light, gray circular discs on where to stand, they are not grippy. I would remold the entire rubber plate to have the logos included, which would give it a better feel. The plate is solid and heavy and that’s good.

I've only used my vibration plate a few times and I'm feeling and seeing the results already. My knee pain has gone down 75% and the swelling in my feet is gone. Love this product!
