This is my second vibration plate through LifePro in the last 6 years and I love it! Very effective and as a massage therapist that provides lymphatic drainage massage, I recommend to all my clients.

The Rumblex Plus is a game changer. You do have to get on it but it's so easy to stand on while watching TV. You won't regret it it has so many health benefits. This company is a pleasure to work with and they stand behind their products with good reason, they are the best! Love all of my Lifepro products.

The vibration plate is great. However, the mat provided to go under the machine is not enough to dampen the vibration. I weigh 105lbs and it sounds like it’s going to fall apart. When my husband is on the machine it does not make as much rattling noise. I added a towel on top of the mat and does help. Also, the rubber mat fixed to the top of the machine came with a bubble that will not stick down around the display.

Its only been a week but I have to deliberately stop myself from over using it. It feels great and I already love it. Aside from it feeling like a relaxing decompressing massage it has made my runs feel more fluid.

I love my vibration plate and the company life pro my vibration plate quit on me about six months ago and I was so upset. this company genuinely wants us to be healthy and they prove that by taking care of their customers
