So far, I love it. My right ankle is sprained, but after using this unit the pain decreased, and the swelling has started to decrease.

4d vibration plate

So far I enjoy it. Not sure about the band attachments. Favorite setting is 88...which it starts with. Power setting 3 is loud and actually vibrates the house. I am 71 and using it for balance, bone density, drainage, circulation and general recovery. 20 minutes twice a day...moving head and eyes and with eyes closed. It is heavy but easy to set up. I would recommend it. I would give 4.5 rating. Taking a bit off for how loud some settings are.

Seems great so far. I like all the possible options of vibration. It would be nice if they correlated the hertz frequency with the speed.
