I just opened the box and must say how impressed I am, so far, with the quality of this product (Rumble X Plus).I was so pleased to see that there was a mat included as well. I can't wait to start using it!! It was packaged so well and all the literature inside makes you feel like this company knows what they are doing! So glad I chose this company over all the others I was looking at:)

The LifePro Vibration Plate is needed for its additional health benefits! I am a senior citizen, and I use it for the purpose of circulation and toning!

I’m dealing with inflammation after an injury. So far I have enjoyed using the vibe plate. My wife has used them in a professional setting to aid in bone density. I look forward to continuing its use and hopefully improving my lymphatic draining and increased circulation.
