I saw and used one in our gym, then I had to get one for home. Once I discovered the preset I’ve been using that and it’s great for me. I even have my husband using it too. I am concerned that it slows down when I get my 135# self on it.

The Vibration Plate was better than expected my only issue was with “exercise mat”, it very miniature compared to the pictures online
