We researched and thought it would be good for both of us - me with sports injury, and her wanting fitness and lymphatic system benefits.
I was worried it would rattle the place down, but it seems like a really decent piece of kit, perfect for our home gym.

I used a similar product at my physical therapist office however this is much better and made better than the one in the office.
I have osteopenia and rheumatoid arthritis and this helps to keep me healthy. I love it.
