Only owned this vibration plate a few days but like it so far. I definitely feel something. Time will tell if benefits begin to impact health. Vibration plate seems to be quality construction, it heavy duty!

I've had the Rumblex Plus 4D for about 1 week now and my husband and I are really enjoying how it is making us feel. Both of us feel a bit more energized and less of that heavy feeling. My swelling in my legs is reducing and my lipedema is smoothing out. It is a relaxing part of our day and something that we look forward to.

I am absolutely obsessed with this piece of equipment, and love the results I have experienced with my low back pain and the relief it provides for limb swelling due to high blood pressure. I will continue to use and enjoy this device as part of my daily routine.
