Just started using the Rublex Plus 4D and so far I'm loving the ease of use. I also noticed significant relief in my legs following my morning run. Looking forward to trying out all the different recovery options as well as the workouts this device offers!!

I have the Rumblex 4D Vibration plate for a week now. So far, so good. My feet and hands get very cold and my job entitles sitting at the desk for long hours. This machine 10min per day has helped for the last few days. I feel better. One thing I would mention: I would like to see studies done as Power Plate is showing. I understand there is a big difference in price but some studies would help tremendously in supporting this product. Thank you.

With tons of research, I almost chose the waver but after an even deeper search, I realized the higher end was more for me. I am seeking even deeper healing. Very grateful for this product.
