It’s been a week now and I’ve gotten on every day. I aim for 10 minutes a day but love it so much I end up doing 20-30 minutes every day easy. I’ve noticed my core is toning up from this and just an overall good healthy vibe from the vibration platform. I totally recommend and trust me I was skeptical too but I did a lot of research and this one had great reviews as well as the warranty it stands by. So thankful I got the life pro 4D.

I just tried only a few times so cannot give more feedback yet but it feels good that it vibrates the lower part body like body massage.
