I’m totally out of shape, have issues with lymphatic drainage, decreased bone density and muscle mass. I’ve only just begun my journey with the Rumblex Plus, but can already feel the benefits! My whole body feels rejuvenated after simply standing on the machine for 10 mins on 25% power. I’m looking forward to starting a simple exercise routine using the Rumblex Plus to increase the benefits. I LOVE THIS THING!!!

Easy to setup and use! No excuses as you can stand/sit on it while watching your favorite show. Has a small time commitment of 10mins per workout so all in all, it makes me want to use it more than other exercise machines
